Are You Crying

Do you look around you and feel like everyone has a perfect life but you? They all have "good" children, plenty of money, good jobs and good health. We only see the good side. Believe me, there is no perfect life out there. Everyone has their own private pain. When our lives are in a crisis and we cry, it makes a difference if we can focus on the little things that are good. The distance between sadness and gladness isn't very far apart.

It's okay to cry

And it is good

I cry because my young friend is dying.

I cry because my wonderful daughter-in-law is lonesome for her family, friends and her country.

I cry because someone dear to me is progressing fast in her dementia.

I cry because a very special friend can't get a job.

I cry because our neighbors have bad marriage problems.

I cry because my dear friends children are wayward,

I cry because...

I cry...

I cry...

It's okay to cry.
