Beauty

We ladies all wish to be beautiful. I read one time that very few are completely satisfied the way they look. We feel the need to lose a few pounds, get a new dress, or a hundred other things. God would be pleased if we would rather concentrate on keeping our hearts pure and clean. We should practice being kind and good, then we will seem truly beautiful to all those around us.


Light for Today: Christian should be noticed for being kind and good, not for the way they fix their hair or because of their jewels or fancy clothes. 1 Timothy 2:10 NLB

Kindness is made up of little deeds and sacrifices we make in consideration of others. For a Christian, kindness is motivated by a genuine desire to make life pleasant for those we come in contact with. Let us never disgrace our Lord by being rude.
