Trusting God In The Dark
I'm not afraid of the dark.
Well...
If it's not tooo dark.
What if trials come thick and fast, fears threaten, and the way looks dark indeed? It is much easier to trust when the sun is shining brightly on the path or at least if things aren't too dark. Faith is not exercised much when everything goes our way. God wants us to trust Him in the darkest night.
When tempted thus to fret and fear,
pray hard and trust that God is near.
Light for Today: ...I will trust and not be afraid, for the Lord is my strength and song...Isaiah 12:2
